ACTIVATING YOUR WHY, our solution to that question. We’re reinventing the contemporary approach to leadership coaching. Specializing in helping passionate leaders unlock the true power of their why MERAKI COMMUNITY coaches leaders who desire to make a difference and clarify their purpose.
We both have an extensive history as coaches and learning leaders with 15+ years of experience in leadership, supervising transformational coaches, facilitating continuous evolution and change management, and is known for building high-performing, positive and productive work culture and supporting career development, diversity, inclusion and advancement.
Our program digs deep into understanding meaning, purpose and motivation via activation, reflection and action while inspiring passion and creativity one leader at a time. Centered around a community of activated, committed and innovative leaders, MERAKI COMMUNITY encourages them to build a meaningful life through coaching, consulting, hospitality and restoration.
MERAKI COMMUNITY offers a wide range of services, from a year-long journey to ‘discover the power of their why’, three-day courses, pop-ups, alumni sessions and activations through service and hospitality. The specialized coaching includes focused one-day workshops, individualized coaching packages, restoration and coaching for “Activating Talent” in Others , play, team building, and community retreats. Each program is focused on authenticity, clarity, courage, and self-awareness to bring the best out of individuals, leaders and teams.
